Returns and Exchanges

Pilozzz® RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Returns

The following return policy applies to Pilozzz® brand products. The policy applies unless a different policy is stated with regard to a specific product.

  • Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return your item(s) back to us within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order, and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) provided the product is returned clean and undamaged.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require the original shipping invoice or proof of purchase.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns and exchanges. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service at customerservice@pilozzz.com. The RMA number must be on the packing slip and on the outside of the box, or else we will refuse the shipment.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" packages.
  • Please send your purchase back to Pilozzz, 400 Route 34, 2nd floor, Colts Neck, NJ 07722.

 

  1. Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds or a coupon for future purchase of a Pilozzz® product may be granted (if applicable)

  • Has obvious signs of use
  • Does not have original packaging material
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Does not have original shipping invoice, proof of purchase or RMA
  • Items returned to any other location other than our Return warehouse (Pilozzz, 107 Trumbull St, Building G-1, Elizabeth, NJ 07206)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

  1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have been approved for a refund and haven’t received your refund in seven (7) business days after receiving approval from Pilozzz, LLC, please contact us at customerservice@pilozzz.com.

  1. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us an image of the Product clearly showing the defect or damage to customerservice@pilozzz.com for our evaluation. If we approve the product exchange, we will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a pre-paid shipping slip. The RMA number must be on the packing slip and on the outside of the box, or else we will refuse the shipment. 
Please send your purchase back to Pilozzz, 107 Trumbull St, Building G-1, Elizabeth, NJ 07206. Once we receive the product we will inspect the product to confirm the defect or damage. If we confirm the defect or damage is consistent with the image provided by you and is solely a result of Pilozzz, we will ship you a replacement product.

  1. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Pilozzz, 107 Trumbull Street Elizabeth, NJ 07206, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
